ToS
By commissioning me you automatically agree to my TOS, along with any changes that may be made to my TOS during or after the completion of your commission. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me for clarification or further information.
Additionally, I have the right to refuse to do a commission for any reason I see fit. I do not have to provide you with the reason if I do not want to.
PAYMENTS:
I accept payment in the forms of USD (via Paypal or Cashapp) and DeviantART Points. Payments must be made before your commission will be started on, unless a payment plan is agreed upon by us.
REFUNDS:
If you require a refund for whatever reason, please contact me and I will try to work something out with you. I will not provide a refund if your commission is already completed. If the commission is already started, a partial refund may be issued instead of a full refund, along with sending you the WIP of the work so far.
CHARGEBACKS:
If you charge me back for any reason, you will be banned from commissioning me in the future. Instead, contact me if you need a refund and we can work something out.
EDITS:
I typically send WIPs of commissions as I am working on them, and you may request one major change or three minor changes for free while in the sketch phase. If your commission is already completed, I will only make adjustments to to things I've missed for free (such as markings or accessories). Additional changes will cost an extra fee, the cost will depend on how large the edit is. Ask me for a quote on any additional changes.
CLIENT MADE EDITS:
I allow a commissioner to personally edit their commissioned artwork however they like, other than removing my signature.
USAGE OF WORKS:
If you wish to sell any sort of merchandise created from or with my artwork, you must contact me and get my approval first. I may ask for a merchandise fee or a portion of the profits depending on how my work is being used / what the product is.
ADOPTS & CUSTOMS:
You may do whatever you please with any adoptables or customs you purchase from me, so long as you follow my ToS for the artwork.
